WolfSong Leather Works

WolfSong Leather Works is our small, family workshop, handcrafting heirloom quality leather Icons, Sacred Symbols, commissioned works, as well as producing written works and music.

We are dedicated to genuine and traditional, human to human service, no droids, A.I., or automation here! We believe we are all spiritual beings having a human experience and we are all on this journey, together.

Over the last many years, we have done much, seen much and learned much, always striving to grow, develop and move forward. And indeed, we continue to do just that. And one of the key things we have learned is: to move forward, we must step back, back in time. We have a great appreciation for history and tradition. We are living history, creating and producing our art just as they did in the centuries past (mostly!) however let's start with my favorite part:

Beginning with the finest leathers and materials, we produce all our work, one piece at a time, by hand with pride, passion, and prayer, employing only time-honored methods and techniques.

Over the next couple of pages you will see some of the work we create . What you won't see are stock items, because we do not produce stock items, everything we create are custom pieces and no two are exactly alike.

In our on-line store, you will find our small (very small) inventory of custom leather icons that are finished and ready for purchase. Again, these pieces are one of a kind, created for sale at festivals, fairs, shows and here at the shop. No two are exactly alike and once they're gone, they're gone.

Now a little more on how we go about our work. Just as it had been done for centuries, we do now. Everything we create is cut, embossed, carved, tooled, stitched and finished, by hand, employing time honored, traditional methods and techniques. No matter how similar in design, each piece we create is as unique as you are!
