Paid In Full

Repent and convert! Today, right now!

Look around with eyes and ears wide open. Not just at the world in front of you, look around at the wider world around you. Look at the sufferings, the challenges, the permissive chastisements that have enveloped our world. The clock ticks away yet cannot keep up with the grains of sand falling through the hourglass of time.

We are in Holy Week. The time is now. Remember, reflect, and ponder the greatest events to ever take place in human history. Remember and embrace the man who made the greatest sacrifice, for the whole of humanity. His Name is JESUS.

God is real. And fully alive and well. Always has been, always will be. No matter what some humans may think, say or do. Seems like denial and playing pretend are at an all-time high. In His timeless perfection, He has never needed to and doesn't, grow, develop or change. He is perfect Love and perfect Mercy and perfect Justice.

What's the point?

In God's perfection, He finds sin offensive. Gravely so. In His perfect Justice, He decreed the price of sin to be paid in blood. That's a heavy price to pay. In His Perfect Mercy, He sent His only Son, indeed, His very self to do what He knew His most beloved creation could not. And at a place called Golgotha, nailed to a tree, Jesus took on every sin that had ever, or ever will be committed. With His Holy Flesh and Blood, He became The Sacrifice. His Sacrifice bought us the possibility of forgiveness.

Complete, total and absolute forgiveness. No disclaimers or exceptions. However, our guilt must be acknowledged, and that mercy and forgiveness asked for.

Repent and convert. It's never too late, until it is.

Any one of us at any time can exclaim: "Father, forgive me for I have greatly sinned!" In that very moment, in God's Perfect Justice, He will state: "You are guilty indeed and you knew the penalty for that sin." He will look to His right, gazing upon His Son. Then He will look back at you, and in His Perfect Mercy and Perfect Love, He will decree: "Paid In Full!"
